Do not thik the Wellcraft manual itself will be of much help. Too general. The parts that came on the boat, may have general pamphets, too. These would be found at swap meets and would be the same from boat to boat brand, if the other brand used the same supplier.
You can get a Merc operator's/owner's manual, the installation book, or a shop manual. About $7-9 each for the the first two and I would guess about $45-65 for the last one.
What do you need?
For the engine and drive info., post your model number,Hp, Mercruiser serial number, Drive serial number, and transom serial number. These are eight digit numbers that start with a letter (sometimes two) and then numbers.
Merc manual is $35.95, control manual is the same, Owner/Operator manual is $12.95. Add $10 for shipping, $5 for order processing, and sales tax for your state to the book total.
I do not know of a wiring diagram for your Wellcraft.
Boat builders like Wellcraft buy: bilge pumps, windshields, some seat assemblies, cleats, radios, steering wheels, ski tows, swim steps , etc from a variety of suppliers. These may/may not have had info. pamhlets shipped with the boat and/or repair manuals that service techs use. In each case you would need to copy part#, model and brand names down (by looking at them on the boat) for anyone to start a search for them.
Think about what you need and post it here or send me a private message via the board. If you are stuck, I'll see if I can help.
